# Some of my photo were tagged as “unsupported”. What does it mean?

Our platform requires the original photo to include the clothes you'd like to showcase:
- on-model photos
- flat lay / packshots photos
- mannequin photos

We've added an example below of the types of photos we support:

This allows us to generate photo realistic results, while keeping the item's original look true to reality.

Any unsupported photos won't count against your credit balance and you will be able to use them again with on-model photos.

*Please take into account the flat lay/mannequin flows are in beta mode. We're planning on moving them out of beta later this year.*
