Report a Concern

At Botika, we are committed to maintaining a safe, compliant, and respectful environment for all users. While our platform utilizes artificial intelligence to generate fashion product photos, we take the safety and integrity of the content processed and generated on our platform seriously.

If you encounter any content, behavior, or generated images that you believe violate our Terms of Service, are illegal, or constitute a misuse of our platform, we strongly encourage you to report it to us.

What Should Be Reported?

You should submit a report if you encounter any Customer Data, User Content, or Licensed Photos that involve:

• Illegal Activity: Content that is illegal or encourages/advocates for illegal acts.
• Harmful or Abusive Material: Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, racist, or otherwise harmful to individuals or entities.
• Explicit Content: Material that is obscene, vulgar, pornographic, or contains nudity.
• Privacy Violations: The unauthorized sharing of someone's personal information (e.g., names, addresses, phone numbers) or invasions of privacy.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
• Platform Abuse: The spread of malware, viruses, or attempts to bypass our security and moderation measures.

How to Submit a Report

To help us investigate and address the issue as quickly as possible, please provide as much detail as you can.
